The Program Director serves as the main contact person in the scheduling of all social, educational, recreational and travel programs. Additional duties will include recruitment and coordination of volunteers who assist with many activities and events. As the lead staff for development of activities and programs, the Program Director will have oversight and guide the work of part-time administrative assistants who will assist with these duties. It is essential that each program be evaluated on a regular basis to ensure each activity remains of interest to our members and continues to be financially viable. The Executive Director will have final approval of all newly developed programs and activities before implementing such programs. The Program Director is expected to work closely with the Administrative Assistants and all other staff and be responsible for, or oversee, the ongoing and daily implementation of: MEMBERSHIP:
