The Bingo Manager is a Part Time non-exempt employee who reports directly to the Executive Director of the Wenatchee Valley Senior Activity Center. It is the job of the Bingo Manager to support the mission and policies of the WVSAC by interacting with the Executive Director and Members to help create a positive atmosphere in which to conduct the Bingo operation and to always give excellent customer service to our Bingo participants.
The Bingo Manager, along with the Executive Director, is also responsible for conducting gaming activities in accordance with all the rules and regulations as outlined by the Washington State Gambling Commission. The Executive Director is licensed by the Washington State Gambling Commission to conduct Bingo games on the premises of the Wenatchee Valley Senior Activity Center.
DUTIES:
Responsible for recruiting, and training all Bingo employees and volunteers. Directly supervises Bingo Caller(s), assistant Bingo Manager(s) and all Bingo Volunteers. Aids Snack Shack volunteers as needed. Maintains a friendly, courteous professional, safe atmosphere at all times during all Bingo games. Oversees hall set up, game sales, record keeping, banking, fund maintenance, and game development making sure to follow all Washington State Gambling Commission guidelines. Advises the Executive Director of any irregular financial issues that may arise. Orders all Bingo game supplies, daubers and any other items sold at Bingo. Works with Executive Director to ensure all Bingo equipment is kept in good working order. Attends Gambling Commission workshops when necessary. Responsible, along with the Executive Director, for all Gambling Commission audit results and compliance. OTHER DUTIES: As assigned. SALARY: $16.28/hr, approximately 5-6 hours per week
