2025 Holiday Gift Fair

The annual Holiday Gift & Craft Fair is our largest fundraiser, kicking off the holiday season on the second Saturday of November. This event has grown to over 100 booths and nearly as many vendors offering handcrafted and homemade items, including artwork, jewelry, clothing, woodworking, jams & jellies... much more than we can describe here. It fills our social hall and extended into two large venues next door at Foothills Middle School.

FAQs for 2025 Holiday Gift Fair

Q: What is the date?
A: Saturday, November 8th from 9am-3pm

Q: How much does it cost to be a vendor?
A: $75

Q: How big is the booth?
A: 8' wide X 6' deep

Q: When can I set up my booth?
A: The evening of Friday, Nov. 7th and the morning of Saturday, Nov. 8. More specific information will be provided closer to the event date.

Q: Do you provide tables and chairs?
A: The vendors must supply their own tables and chairs

Q: How do I sign up to be a vendor?
A: Vendor registration is now full. However, you can join our wait list at the top of this page and we will contact you if any booths become available.
