Volunteering at WVSAC

Volunteerism is an important component of membership at Wenatchee Valley Senior Activity Center. Many WVSAC members are active volunteers either at the Senior Activity Center or at various other non-profits in our community. Some volunteers have regularly scheduled volunteer shifts, like our Front Desk and Crafters' Corner volunteers. Others help out with special events. We have a vast number of volunteer opportunities available at WVSAC for our members to choose from depending on their interests, talents and skills. Senior Activiy Center members have a lifetime of talents to share. They are valuable, vibrant and active citizens. WVSAC members give back to our community in countless hours of volunteerism, making Wenatchee a better place to live.
If you would like to become an active WVSAC volunteer, call Jeri Drescher, Volunteer Coordinator, or Patty Hurlbut, Program Director, At 662-7036. Jeri or Patty will be happy to assist anyone who is looking for a volunteer opportunity, but aren't sure where to begin. We have many volunteer positions that are currently open. We hope you will consider volunteering with us today.
